How To Prepare Natural Face Pack Using Egg

People can use egg whites as an ingredient in face masks for a variety of skin types. The main nutritional component of egg white is protein. One large egg contains 3.6 grams of protein. Proponents of egg white face masks believe that this protein has skin-tightening effects and absorbs excess oil from the skin. Some people also state that egg whites contain vitamins and minerals that can benefit the skin’s overall appearance.

Egg whites also contain few nutrients other than protein which can be beneficial. Which is both reliable and most importantly cost-efficient. We will see one such natural remedy.

Things Required:

  • Egg White – One
  • Lemon Juice – Half Tablespoon
  • Honey – One Tablespoon

How To:

  • Take Egg white in a bowl.
  • Add Honey to the bowl.
  • Add Lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Beat the mixture well till it becomes a paste like consistency.
  • Apply this mixture on your face and leave it in for about 15 minutes. Rinse out with clean cold water.

For better results follow this method twice a week.

Why it Works:

Egg white, shrinks the large pores where bacteria can grow. Egg whites help greasy skin and prevent pimples and cysts, reducing the acne on your face.

Lemon juice naturally contains vitamin C, an antioxidant that may help reduce skin damage and premature aging. Due to its high pH levels, lemon can decrease oil on the skin and reduce inflammation. Honey is naturally soothing and has healing properties. It also nourishes damaged skin to fade scars.
