 If you want clear, acne-free, and flawless skin it is necessary to deep cleanse your skin because clogged pores not only make your skin look dull and lifeless, but the trapped dirt, oil, and bacteria also invite acne and breakouts. Here is how you can cleanse your skin at home using natural ingredients.

Things Required:

  • Buttermilk – Two Tablespoons
  • Cotton pads – Few No’s

How To:

  • Take two tablespoons of buttermilk in a bowl.
  • Take a clean cotton pad and dip in the bowl.

Apply this on the face in a circular motion and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse out with clean water and gentle soap.

For better results follow this method twice a week.

Why it Works:

Buttermilk is a good source of calcium and phosphorus, as well as vitamin D if it has been fortified. Buttermilk is also rich in vitamin K2. With its fatty and acidic nature, aged buttermilk works as a moisturizer and as an exfoliant. The lactic acid in buttermilk makes for a great exfoliant.

  • Carrot – medium-sized
  • Buttermilk – one cup
  • Salt – as required

How To:

  • Take a medium-sized carrot and cut into cubes and feed it into the juicer/mixer and extract the juice.
  • Mix the carrot juice with one cup buttermilk and add salt to taste.

Do not add sugar, drink this carrot buttermilk(carrot more) every morning in empty stomach for one month.

Buttermilk and Radish to treat Dark spots

  • Radish- medium-sized
  • Buttermilk – two tablespoons

How To:

  • Cut the radish into cubes, feed it to the juicer/mixer and extract the juice of the radish.
  • Take two tablespoons or equal amount of both buttermilk and radish juice in a bowl
  • Apply the mixture on your skin and leave it in for an hour then rinse with clean cold water.

For better results, follow this method for two weeks in alternating days and you can see spotless, radiant and glowing skin.

Radish is a good source of skin-friendly vitamins such as vitamin A and C. It is a well-known fact that vitamin C is an antioxidant, meaning it protects skin cells from damaging free radicals caused by UV exposure.
