Prevent Premature Greying of Hair Naturally using Fenugreek Seeds, Tailed Pepper, Cumin Seeds

Premature greying of hair has became common problem for the modern generation. There are many causes for the premature greying of hair for the younger generation.

Stress is main cause for the premature greying of hair. Modern life style, fastfood, dust, pollution also contribute to the premature greying of hair.

Nature has given many remedies for preventing grey hairs but also it can reverse the greying of hair. In this post, we will see a natural remedy for not only fighting the grey hair but reverses the grey hair giving natural black hair.

Things Required:

  • Fenugreek Seeds – One Spoon
  • Tailed Pepper – One Spoon
  • Cumin Seeds – One Spoon
  • Coconut Oil – One Small Cup

How to:

First prepare the herbal mixture as given below.

  • Take Fenugreek seeds in a bowl.
  • Add Cumin Seeds to the bowl.
  • Add Tailed Peppers to the bowl.
  • Powder the mixture in a consistent state.

Once the herbal mixture is prepared, prepare the herbal oil as per given below.

  • Take Coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Add the above mixture to the oil little by little and mix it well.
  • Continue this till all the mixture is added to the oil.

Apply this oil mixture directly on your hair and scalp. Let it sit in your hair for 15 minutes. Wash it off with plain water.

Continue this hair oil regularly, you see that not only greying of hair stopped, but also exisiting grey hairs turns black.

Why it works:

Fenugreek Seeds is known for its property to fight the premature greying of hair. It contains high levels of Potassium, which helps in fighting the premature greying of hair. Further, it also helps in hair growth as well as fights dandruff effectively.

Cumin seeds are known to promote hair growth. It also gives lustrous look to the hair. It contains all the essential vitamins and minerals for the hair to growth long and thick.
