August 29, 2020 by Bhuvanesh Leave a Comment

The head massage concentrates on your head as a whole and scalp massage, promoting hair growth. Massaging your scalp with the purpose of hair growth requires applying pressure on the scalp using fingers. It enhances the blood circulation to the hair follicles, rejuvenates the roots, and conditions the scalp.

Hair follicles are of hyperactive stem cells when given a boost of oxygen, growth of hair increases. Massaging inflates blood vessel-like small arteries within your scalp, which increase the blood flow to the hair follicles. It also enhances the texture of hair, making it thicker and smoothness over time.

Besides using nourishing oils and herbs that boost hair growth, you can also use tools like the massaging brushes to make it better into your scalp. However, you can do them at home. They are natural herbs used in the scalp massage.

Thing Required:

  • Amla juice

How To:

  • Applying the Amla juice to the roots of your hair.
  • Massage the liquid in your scalp for about 5 minutes.
  • Let it sit in your hair for 10 minutes.

Rinse your hair with a natural or sulfate-free shampoo in lukewarm water. For best outcomes, use this remedy for once or twice a week.

Why it Works:

Amla contains many essential fatty acids that penetrate the follicles, making the hair softer, shinier, and voluminous.

Massaging your scalp with Amla juice can stimulate hair follicles and reduce hair fall.

It also increases blood circulation, stimulates the scalp, and promotes hair growth. Its anti-bacterial properties keep dandruff and itchy scalp at bay.
