This home remedy for weight loss is highly beneficial, as it does not involve the usage of exotic supplements or diets.

The recipe to lose weight is to cut the intake of excess calorie. Some of the weight loss programs tell you what diet to choose and what to avoid.

Things Required:

  • Lemon – medium-sized
  • Honey – one tablespoon
  • Lukewarm water – one cup

How To:

  • Take the juice of a medium-sized lemon and a tablespoon of honey in a cup of lukewarm water and mix well.

Drinking lemon honey water every morning is an effective way to reduce stubborn fat deposited around your belly area.

Why it Works:

Lemon juice is an excellent source of vitamin C and contains small amounts of B vitamins and potassium. Lemons also contain beneficial plant compounds like citric acid and flavonoids and have been associated with weight loss.

Lemon water keeps you hydrated, increases your metabolism and satiety and all of these factors helps in weight loss.

It is said that one glass of lemon water burns a minimum of 6 calories and this is the main factor that makes it a weight loss agent.

Honey has high levels of monosaccharides, fructose, and glucose, and it contains about 70 to 80 percent sugar, which provides its sweetness. Honey also has antiseptic and antibacterial properties.
