In this post, we will a simple and effective remedy which can prevent hair loss and baldness of the scalp.

Things Required:

  • Coconut Oil – 10 Tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil (Gingelly Oil) – 10 Tablespoons
  • Fenugreek seeds – 1 Tablespoon

How To:

  • Take the Coconut Oil in a bowl.
  • Add Sesame oil and Fenugreek Seeds to the mixture.
  • Boil the oil for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  • Filter the oil.

Apply this oil directly on scalp where is extensive hair fall. Gently massage the scalp for 10 minutes. Wash it off with plain water.

Apply this daily for few months. You can see that hair fall has been reduced drastically and hair starts to grow.

Baldness at a young age is due to many factors such as modern life style, constant stress, pollution, high tension, etc.,  Previous generation people don’t need to deal with stress and other problems which helped them to have great hair till their death.

Modern people often use artificial treatments, which assures them instant but temporary results. Synthetic treatments treat hair loss without addressing the cause.

Natural treatments gently address the cause of the hair loss, so that the hair growth is improved drastically. In this post we will see a natural remedy for baldness due to excessive hair loss.

Things Required:

  • Crown Flower (Tamil: Erruam Poo) Milk – Few drops as required
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
  • Hibiscus leaves – Few Numbers

How To:

  • Soak the Fenugreek seeds for one hour to make it soft.
  • Grind the seeds thoroughly to make it as a paste.
  • Crush the Hibiscus leaves to make a juice from it.
  • Mix Crown Flower Milk, Fenugreek paste, and Hibiscus Leaf Juice well.
  • Mix it well so that there are no lumps.

Apply this mixture directly on the balded area on the scalp. Wash it thoroughly with plain water.

Note: Care must be taken that this juice does not touch your mouth or eyes. Crown Flower is toxic and must be avoided taking internally.

Things Required:

  • Fenugreek Seeds – One Spoon
  • Tailed Pepper – One Spoon
  • Cumin Seeds – One Spoon
  • Coconut Oil – One Small Cup

How to:

First prepare the herbal mixture as given below.

  • Take Fenugreek seeds in a bowl.
  • Add Cumin Seeds to the bowl.
  • Add Tailed Peppers to the bowl.
  • Powder the mixture in a consistent state.

Once the herbal mixture is prepared, prepare the herbal oil as per given below.

  • Take Coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Add the above mixture to the oil little by little and mix it well.
