Adhatoda for the Dandruff problems

Dandruff is a common scalp disorder and the shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp. It often causes itching, irritation, and redness in the head, resulting in white flakes on the scalp and the hair. Overproduction of sebum, unclean habits, and excessive intake of oily foods, stress, and emotional problems are some dandruff causes. 

The seriousness of dandruff may fluctuate with seasons as it often worsens in winter. Most of the people are affected by this problem.Justicia adhatoda for Dandruff problem is a natural remedy mentioned in the ancient methods, and traditional Ayurveda practitioners have long used it. Its practice has remained to this day, and it is available in the form of oil, liquid, and powder. When you suffer from hair problems such as dandruff, hair loss, or more, you can use this remedy and benefit from it.

Things Required:

  • Adhatoda leaf powder
  • Castor Oil

How To:

  • Mix the castor oil and Adhatoda leaf powder in a bowl.
  • Apply it to dry areas of hair or scalp. 
  • Massage the oil for almost 10 to 15 minutes. 
  • Cover the hair with a shower cap and let the oil remain on the hair for about 15 minutes. 

Wash your hair out of oil with warm water. Shampoo the hair until the castor oil leaves the hair greasy. If you are not able to massage, apply the oil for one hour before you go to the shower, it also gives you the same results.

Why it Works:

Castor oil may benefit those who experience dandruff, a common scalp condition characterized by dry, flaky skin. Due to castor oil’s ability to reduce inflammation, it may be an effective treatment for dandruff.

Justicia adhatoda considered being a fantastic home remedy for treating dandruff. It helps to get rid of dandruff due to its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.

It prevents lice, controls scalp infections, regulates the keratinization, and strengthens the hair roots on regular use.
