Get rid of eye redness and strain using Sesame oil

When we continuously keep having this change in temperature, we over-work all blood vessels, including the ones in the eyes, leading to eye redness, weak muscles and poor circulation. They are many herbal solutions which help you resolve this issue. We are going to use one of the natural remedies, which using Sesame oil and black cumin to get rid of eye itchiness and eye strain.

Things Required:

  • Sesame oil
  • Black cumin – 100 gram

How To:

  • Add black cumin with the sesame oil.
  • Distil the oil and leave it to cool down. 
  • Apply the oil around your eyes and wash off with cold water after drying.

Though it takes a little time to prepare due to the distillation process, the result is undoubtedly satisfying. Using this remedy regularly will get rid of the itchiness and redness of the eyes, which will add a bit more confidence in your beautiful face.

Sesame oil keeps the skin soft. It cures and protects areas of mild scrapes, wounds and abrasions. Teenagers have wrongly understood that every oil is not suitable for their facial skin.

Get rid of Dandruff using Neem and Jaggery

Things Required:

  • Neem flowers
  • Jaggery
  • Sesame Oil

How To:

  • Mix Neem flowers and Jaggery in the Sesame oil
  • Heat the oil in a simmer and strain the liquid.

  • Massage your scalp with it and work it through your hair’s entire roots and tips for almost 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Spicknade oil
  • Tea tree oil
  • Lemon Grass oil

  • Cedarwood oil

How To:

Take ten drops of each of these oils and apply it gently in your hair. You can also use the clean comb or brush to spread the oil over your hair’s root points. Massage your scalp and hair for at least 10-15 minutes.

  • Seven drops of Ylang Ylang oil
  • Eight drops of Kutcholy oil
