Beautiful, glowing skin starts with how we eat, but anti-ageing food can also help with more than that. When we pack our diet with vibrant foods loaded with antioxidants, healthy fats, water, and essential nutrients, our body will show its appreciation through its largest organ: our skin. After all, the skin is often the first part of our body to show internal trouble, and there’s only so much that lotions, creams, masks, and serums can do before we need to take a closer look at what’s fueling us.

Experts say it’s time to forget the expensive creams and procedures. The key to ageing gracefully is simple: Eat healthily.

Things Required:

  • Tomato – medium-sized
  • Carrot – medium-sized
  • Cabbage – a handful
  • Lemon juice – as required (optional)
  • Salt – as required (optional)

How To:

  • Take a medium-sized carrot and tomato then slice them thinly and add to a bowl.
  • Chop the cabbage and add to the slices of tomatoes and carrots. Add in some lemon juice and salt for taste.

Eating sprouts every day has been proven to help reduce wrinkles and fine lines.

Why it Works:

Tomatoes contain antioxidants, such as lycopene and vitamin C. Consuming tomatoes can help provide your body with these antioxidants.

Next ingredient is carrot, carrots contain high Vitamin C and powerful antioxidants which the body swiftly absorbs.

carrot also helps in boosting collagen, and the boost of collagen cuts down the skin’s dullness, this kicks out the formation of wrinkles.

The last ingredient is cabbage, cabbage has known for various benefits and is packed with Vitamins which are beneficial to the skin.

Vitamin A and Vitamin C present in Cabbage not only repairs the damaged cells but also rejuvenates the cells of the skin thus promoting young and supple skin.
