Egg and Curd for Hair mask

Natural techniques for hair are one of the surviving standard haircare methods in this world. Hair masks can prove to be a useful tool to moisturize and uplift your hair naturally. These hair masks will prevent or eliminate all your hair-related problems when used regularly. This hair mask mainly made of egg and curd.

This hair mask destined to get rid of your hair fall issues. Eggs and curd together strengthen weak hair, but curd has attributes to prevent hair fall and keep flaky whites at bay besides being a great conditioner. 

Things Required:

  • Egg – 1
  • Curd – 3-4 Tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon

How To:

  • Beat one egg and mix curd with it in a bowl
  • Add lemon juice, which cleanses the scalp to the mixture. 
  • Whisk it well and thoroughly and apply gently on your scalp. 

Massage your head with the mixture and let it sit for about an hour. Then, rinse off the mix with your natural or mild shampoo.

Why it Works:

Egg white hair mask in your scalp, locks to repair the damage, and reverse hair loss.

If your hair is crisp and dry, the egg is the best conditioner for you. It contains protein, which helps the hair growth and repairs damaged hair as well.

The curd will prevent the scalp and hair from drying out. Also, the scalp gets cleaned.

Homemade Natural Hair Conditioner using Glycerin, Milk, and Egg

Using a good conditioner is vital for uncontrollable frizz, unneeded texture, and split ends. We will make a hair conditioner that can restore the shine to the dull and unhealthy hair naturally.

Things Required:

  • Wheat germ Oil – 4 Teaspoon
  • Glycerin – 2 Teaspoon
  • Cow’s Milk – 4 Teaspoon
  • One Egg Yolk
  • Coconut Milk – 1 Cup

How To:

  • Mix all the above items in the bowl.
  • Massage the mixture through from roots to ends of your hair until completely covered. 
  • Then take a bath and wash your hair thoroughly in normal water.
  • Then rinse your hair in the lukewarm water.

It will make your hair naturally strong and smooth. For the best outcomes, use it twice or thrice a month.

Why it Works:

           Wheat germ oil has a rich source of Vitamin E, which acts as a powerful antioxidant. It has an abundant amount of linoleic acid and acts as a hair nourisher. Using glycerin helps in strengthening the hair, leading to less formation of split ends. The glycerin will be more effective if you add a few drops of essential oils in it.

Egg yolk contains rich vitamins that may prevent hair loss or damage. The yolk may also be useful to moisturize hair, which appears dry. Things Required:

  • Honey – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sunflower Oil – 2 Teaspoon
  • Egg whites – 1 Teaspoon

How To:

  • Mix egg whites with two tablespoons of sunflower oil. 
  • Add in the honey and mix until it became creamy.
  • Massage with it and smooth through from roots to ends of your hair until completely covered. 
  • Cover your hair with a plastic wrap or shower cap and leave for a half-hour.

Rinse with warm water and sulfate-free shampoo until hair is no longer sticky. The mixture will only be sticky until you rinse it out, and then your hair will feel so soft and conditioned.

This hair pack is also an excellent remedy for hair fall.

Things Required:

  • Shikakai Powder – Two Teaspoons
  • Eggs – 2 Nos

How To:

  • Take some Shikakai in a bowl.
  • Add Egg fully (Both yellow and White) to the mixture.
  • Mix it well till it becomes a smooth paste.

Apply this mixture on to your hair, working it in from the roots. When your scalp is entirely covered in this mask, cover your hair with a shower cap, and wait for 40 minutes.

Wash it off thoroughly with plain water with a mild sulfate-free shampoo. Finish your hair wash with a conditioner.
