Prevent Premature Grey hair using Henna, Coconut oil and Tea water

July 31, 2020 by Bhuvanesh Leave a Comment

The hair follicles generate hair and color or pigment cells that comprise melanin. Over the period, hair follicles lose pigment cells, ending in white hair color. Any deficiency of vitamin B-6, B-12, D, E, or biotin can lead to premature graying.

Some products like shampoos and conditioners will lead to premature greying of hair due to the presence of chemicals which decrease your melanin content. Hair dyes comprising hydrogen peroxide and bleaching agents can lead to the white hair when used for prolonged periods.

Natural herbs have given us many solutions to solve grey hair issues and reverse them if you get grey hair. There is a natural hair pack contains henna and other natural ingredients that prevent grey hair.

Things Required:

  • Henna Powder – 1 cup
  • Coconut Oil
  • Lemon Juice – two tablespoons
  • Tea water

How To:

  • Add henna powder and immerse it in coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice and Tea water in a bowl.
  • Stir the mixture well and left it for a day.
  • Next day, apply this henna mix on your hair and leave it for about 1 hour.

Wash your hair with a natural or organic shampoo. Premature greying will stopped if you use this mix twice a month. The person who has a sinus problem should not try this method.

Why it Works:

One of the most frequent uses of neem is our hair care rituals. Neem has high fatty acid content, which is hugely beneficial for scalp health. Neem clears the clogged pores and enhances the growth of hair.

Coconut oil is an active ingredient that helps your hair grow longer, thicker, and faster.

Tea is an excellent toner. Green tea is an efficient solvent for hair growth as they packed with nutrients and antioxidants. Because it is caffeinated, green tea is strong enough to infiltrate the hair’s follicles and deliver a reinvigorating charge.

People with dark hair advised using black or dark-colored tea, deepening their color and darken grays.

Lemon juice can naturally lighten hair, notably lighter hair colors, create shinier hair, and reduce oil and dandruff.
