Get rid of Dark circles using Sandalwood and Nutmeg

Even when you take good care of your skin and have a healthy complexion, the appearance of those darkened areas under the eyes will make you look old, tired, and dull.

Ayurveda recognizes stress as the biggest enemy for the skin. Due to stress, the skin under the eyes becomes thin, and the blood vessels underneath it become visible as dark circles. We cannot remove these stressors from our lives altogether. However, they are natural ways to prevent dark circles and get rid of them naturally.

Things Required:

  • Sandalwood
  • Nutmeg
  • Milk

How To:

  • Take a piece of nutmeg and rub it on the sandalwood stone.
  • Make a paste of it along with little raw milk.
  • Apply the paste around your eyes and wash off with cold water after drying.

Though it takes a little time to prepare due to the rubbing process, the result is undoubtedly satisfying. Using this remedy regularly will remove dark circles, which will add a bit more confidence in your beautiful face.

Sandalwood, popularly known as Chandan in India, has also often been mentioned in the Ayurveda as a natural healer.

  • Milk

How To:

  • Crush the almonds into a powdered form.
  • Add one tablespoon of the almonds mash to 2 tablespoons of milk.
  • Mix the two constituents well until they form a paste of smooth consistency.
  • Apply the mixture around your eyes and wash off with cold water after drying.

Using this remedy regularly will remove dark circles, which will add a bit more confidence in your beautiful face.

Almond acts as a hydrator for the skin. It helps to fade away dark circles and minimize the appearance of crow-feet wrinkles. Almonds contain vitamin E.

White pepper for lice and dandruff problem is a natural remedy mentioned in the traditional Ayurveda methods have long used it. When you suffer from hair problems such as dandruff, hair loss, or more, you can use this hair pack and benefit from it.

Things Required:

  • White pepper
  • Milk

How To:

  • Soak the white pepper in milk for 1-2 hours during the night.
  • Then, Grind it nicely with the milk. 
  • Apply it in the scalp and massage your head for 5-10 minutes.

Ensure the paste covers from roots to ends of hair. Keep the mix for 20 to 30 mins and then wash with water. For the best outcomes, use it twice a week.
