Hibiscus Dosa for the Hair care

September 2, 2020 by sharvayonibeauty Leave a Comment

Modern people want their hair to be strong and healthy, especially when they are in their young age. Interestingly, your hair grows around 0.5 inches (1.25 cm) per month and 6 inches (15 cm) per year. The hair growth depends upon factors like age, health, genetics and diet.

Even though you can’t change factors like age and genetics, diet is one thing you have control over. Consuming food lacking the right nutrients can lead to hair loss. On the other hand, eating a balanced diet with the proper nutrients can help promote hair growth, especially if you’re encountering hair loss due to poor nutrition. Here is the best natural food you can eat to promote hair growth.

Thing Required:

  • Petal of Red hibiscus flowers
  • Regular Dosa Batter – 1 litre
  • Salt – Half a Teaspoon

How To:

Peel the petals only from red hibiscus flower and wash it thoroughly.Grind it well into a fine paste, without adding much water. Add the dough to the regular batter, and prepare crispy dosas and serve it hot with any side dish. It tastes great at the same time very healthy too, especially for ladies.

Why it Works:

Red hibiscus flowers are widespread and widely used for medicinal purposes. They have rich nutrients such as amino acids that are necessary for producing keratin, the building blocks of our hair.

Hibiscus flowers increases hair growth and gets rid of premature hair greying by decreasing excessive body heat, inciting blood circulation to the scalp, and increasing the supply of essential nutrients to the hair follicles.

It is rich in antioxidants and vitamins necessary for the production of melanin, the pigment that gives the hair its natural colour.

Hibiscus’ sweet taste, cold potency and astringent properties provide cooling relief from the summer heat. Hibiscus cools your liver and reduces the heat of the blood by purging hot bile from the gall bladder.
