Homemade Hair Conditioner using Natural herbs

The best way for hair care is available in nature. Though Natural way takes some time to see the effect, its effects are long-lasting without side effects. Using a good conditioner is vital for uncontrollable frizz, unneeded texture, and split ends.

They are some of the best natural hair conditioners you can make at home using the readily available herbs.

Things Required:

  • Senna leaves Juice
  • Spinach Juice
  • Amla Juice
  • Thulasi Juice
  • Henna Juice
  • Aloe vera Juice
  • Vitamin E Oil (Present in Medical shampoo)
  • Wheat germ Oil 

How To:

  • Mix all the above items in a bowl.
  • After you had a head bath, apply the mixture in the less wet hair.
  • Massage with it and smooth through from roots to ends of your hair until completely covered. 
  • Let it sit for 1 hour in your head.

Wash your hair with the normal water, and it will give your hair good conditioning.

Why it Works:

           Senna leaves are the main parts of the plant which used in herbal products and laxatives. Spinach is a healthy green vegetable comprises of folate, iron, and vitamins A and C, all of which may promote hair growth.

Wheat germ oil is an excellent source of Vitamin E, which is said to be a powerful antioxidant. It has an abundant amount of linoleic acid and acts as a hair nourisher.

Amla is a natural source of Vitamin C, which is crucial for healthy hair and eyesight. Thulasi benefits hair by rejuvenating the hair follicles and strengthening the roots, which in turn curbs hair loss.

Aloe vera contains PE (proteolytic enzymes), which repair dead skin cells on the scalp and also serves as a great conditioner and gives your hair all smooth and shiny.
