  • Ponnanganni leaves- a handful
  • Thoor dhal – one cup
  • Salt – as required

  • Take a handful of ponnanganni leaves and pressure cook it for about 2 whistles with one cup of thoor dual and salt to taste.

Adding ponnanganni leaves to your deit regularly helps in weight loss. Be sure to take ponnanganni leave at least twice a week for effective results.

Ponnanganni leave is a great source of protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, minerals and fibre. Due to its high fibre content, ponnanganni will keep you stay full until lunch and thus will stop you from bingeing.
