Natural Hair Conditioner using Hibiscus, Henna and Shikakai

Hair loss has become quite a common problem among young generation people. The leading cause of hair loss is Stress. Stress is taking a toll on the younger generation like anything before. We will see a natural solution that prevents hair loss.

We can prepare a natural conditioner for promoting hair growth and get rid of dry and brittle hair. Hibiscus, Henna, and Shikakai are moisturizing conditioners used to make the hair conditioner.

Things Required:

  • Hibiscus leaves – Few No’s
  • Shikakai powder – 1 Cup
  • Henna powder – 2 Tablespoon
  • Castor Oil or Olive Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Curd – 2 Teaspoons

How To:

  • Blend Henna powder and Hibiscus leaves in the bowl.
  • Then, some of the Shikakai powder to the mixture.
  • Pour Castor or Olive oil and curd to form a paste. 
  •  Achieve the expected persistence by adding water.
  • Massage your scalp with the dough for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Let the mask sit for an hour and a half.

Rinse once done and use a mild herbal shampoo. For the most beneficial outcomes, use it twice a month.

Why it works:

Shikakai used in the form of shampoo to clean hair and make it moisturized. In the hair masks, it contains a rich source of Vitamin A, C, D, E, and K.

Hibiscus is rich in amino acids necessary for producing keratin and stimulating hair regrowth from dormant follicles and bald patches.

Henna always goes well with shikakai, reetha, amla, neem, aloe vera, and many other natural ingredients.

Natural Hair Conditioner Using Lemon and Black Vinegar

With ever-increasing pollution and changing climatic conditions, it is rare to see a smooth and shining hair. People’s hair has dull and lost its radiant properties due to harsh chemicals and compounds found in shampoo and conditioners.

Instead of using a conventional hair conditioner loaded with harsh chemicals, try to rinse yours with natural products. It will keep your hair and scalp healthy and make your hair softer and shinier.

We have many natural methods to keep the hair moisturize and shiny. In which one of is a mixture of lemon juice and vinegar to your hair, which removes residues left by shampoo and hair products like hair spray. It will also moisturize your hair and help prevent dandruff.

Things Required:

  • Black Vinegar – 2 TableSpoons
  • Lemon or Lemon Juice – Half lemon or Juice from half lemon
  • Warm Water – 1 Cup

How To:

  • Add black vinegar to water in a bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice into the mixture.
  • Stir it to blend the ingredients.

After washing and rinsing your hair, pour in the lemon/vinegar rinse. Massage the mixture into your scalp and throughout your hair down to the ends. Then, rinse your hair with cold water.

Why it Works:

Lemon juice is an excellent degreaser, so it is perfect for washing hair, especially if your scalp is on the oily side. A natural way to make your hair color lighter and add natural highlights is by using lemon juice.

Vinegar is better for an oily scalp rather than a dry scalp. Vinegar invigorates the weakened scalp and hair poles and makes hair healthy.

Natural Hair Conditioner using Tea and Lemon

The best way for hair care is available in nature. Though Natural way takes some time to see the effect, its effects are long-lasting without any side effects.

Things Required:

  • Tea of your choice, organic tea will be better
  • Lemon Juice – One Teaspoon

How To:

  • Brew half-litre of water with tea, till the water, acquires a beautiful dark color.
  • Add lemon juice to the tea. 
  • After shampooing and conditioning, rinse your hair with one cup of this tea water. 
  • Try drying your hair naturally. 

Do this twice a week. Hair will start getting a glossy/healthy color and shine.

Why it Works:

Tea is an excellent toner. Green tea is an effective solution for hair growth as they packed with nutrients and antioxidants.

Because it is caffeinated, green tea is strong enough to infiltrate the hair’s follicles and deliver a reinvigorating charge. People with dark hair are advised to use black or dark-colored tea, deepening their color and darken grays.

Lemon juice can naturally lighten hair, notably lighter hair colors, create shinier hair, and reduce oil and dandruff.

Get Shining and Strong Hair using Beer Conditioner

With ever-increasing pollution and changing climatic conditions, it is rare to see a smooth and shining hair. People’s hair has dull and lost its radiant properties due to harsh chemicals and compounds found in shampoo and conditioners.

We will see one hair pack which can restore the shine to the dull and unhealthy hair naturally. This hair pack can even stimulate the hair follicles for new hair growth.

Things Required:

  • Flat Beer – 1 Bottle

How To:

  • Take a bottle of beer and pour it out into a bowl or a jug. Leave it out into the open and let it sit for some time.
  • When the beer has been de-carbonated, transfer it into a spare container and keep it in the bathroom to use it while washing your hair. 
  • Use a sulfate-free shampoo to clean your hair, and instead of using your favored conditioner, reach for the flat beer.
  • Use the beer directly onto your hair and slowly massage it into your hair’s roots for about 1 minute.

Rinse the beer off with cold water. Use the hair pack only 1 or 2 times a week, as too much use of beer on your hair may cause the dryness of scalp and dandruff.

Why it Works:

Beer isn’t just an alcoholic drink, and it also has some health benefits. Beer is known to be good for the skin and hair as well.

Several people use it in making shampoos, and de-carbonated beers are also used as conditioners to help repair split hair and reinvigorate the volume of your hair.

The hops used in the formation of beer are said to comprise silica, which may help strengthen hair follicles and promote growth.
