Cleanse Your Face Naturally

January 29, 2021 by sharvayonibeauty Leave a Comment

Your skin also needs time to relax and detox as much as you do at the end of an exhausting day. Your skin deserves to be treated well but it does not mean that you can treat your skin nicely within a cost-effective budget. There is no need to get high-end therapy for your skin when you can get yourself the same effect for less than a quarter of an aesthetic skin care treatment from a clinic. Relaxing at your favorite salon while getting your regular deep-cleansing facial sounds like a distant dream for the next few months at least.

If you want clear, acne-free, and flawless skin it is necessary to deep cleanse your skin because clogged pores not only make your skin look dull and lifeless, but the trapped dirt, oil, and bacteria also invite acne and breakouts. Here is how you can cleanse your skin at home using natural ingredients.

Things Required:

  • Buttermilk – Two Tablespoons
  • Cotton pads – Few No’s

How To:

  • Take two tablespoons of buttermilk in a bowl.
  • Take a clean cotton pad and dip in the bowl.

Apply this on the face in a circular motion and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse out with clean water and gentle soap.

For better results follow this method twice a week.

Why it Works:

Buttermilk is a good source of calcium and phosphorus, as well as vitamin D if it has been fortified. Buttermilk is also rich in vitamin K2. With its fatty and acidic nature, aged buttermilk works as a moisturizer and as an exfoliant. The lactic acid in buttermilk makes for a great exfoliant.

Use it in a mask to brighten skin, fade brown spots, and even out tone. Buttermilk keeps our skin glowing and is an excellent skin cleanser and toner. It also helps to remove tan, acne spots, and blemishes.

Struggling with large pores on the face? And searching for a solution that works? Pores can be caused due to many reasons like skin type, exposure to the sun, aging, genetics, or ingrown hair from shaving. Even the size and look of the pores can differ from person to person. Pores can be more noticeable on acne-prone skin types, as acne clogs the pores, as a result, the pores expand. Regular exfoliating can help in minimizing the pores.

Natural remedies are undoubtedly the best in having smooth, brighter, and poreless skin. Most of the ingredients that are used in expensive skin brightening products can be found right in your pantry or kitchen. Natural ingredients assure you that no hazardous chemical components such as parabens, phthalates harm your skin.

Things Required:

  • Soybean oil – One tablespoon
  • Neem oil – One tablespoon

How To:

  • Take one tablespoon of both soybean oil and neem oil in your palms and gently massage your face in a circular motion and concentrate more on the problem area.
  • Place a hot towel which is dipped in lukewarm water and squeezed on your face to let the pores open and absorb the oil.
  • Leave this on your face for about 15 minutes. Rinse out with lukewarm water and gentle soap.

For better results follow this method twice a week.

Why it Works:

Soybean oil is rich in vitamin E, a nutrient that can help promote skin health, thus reducing the scarring and pores on the skin. Soybean oil also helps the skin retains its moisture.
