Strengthen Your Nails Naturally with Olive Oil: A Simple Guide

June 2, 2023 by sharvayonibeauty Leave a Comment

Are you tired of dealing with brittle nails that break easily, preventing you from achieving your desired nail length? There are various factors that can contribute to nail breakage, such as frequent exposure to water, rough handling of objects, or accidental cuts in the kitchen. The primary culprit behind brittle nails is dry and unhealthy cuticles and nail beds. To promote stronger and healthier nails, it’s essential to provide proper moisturization and care.

While the market is flooded with numerous nail care products, not all of them are trustworthy or cost-effective. Instead, you can turn to a natural and reliable solution that won’t strain your budget.

What You’ll Need:

  • Two tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl until it reaches a lukewarm temperature.
  2. Apply the warm oil to your cuticles and nail bed every night before going to bed.
  3. Repeat this process daily for optimal results.
  4. Make it a habit to follow this method every day to strengthen and enhance the health of your nails.

Why It Works:

Heated olive oil acts as an excellent oxidizing agent that effectively moisturizes the cuticles surrounding your nails. This moisturization promotes healthy nail growth. Olive oil contains vitamin E, which is highly moisturizing and easily absorbed, making it ideal for supporting nail growth. Additionally, olive oil aids in the absorption of calcium and improves bone mineralization and the calcification process. By incorporating this method into your regular routine, you’ll notice a significant improvement in the strength and vitality of your nails.

Furthermore, the absorption of calcium facilitated by olive oil contributes to enhanced bone health and overall well-being. So not only will your nails benefit from this natural treatment, but your overall bone health will also be positively impacted.

Say goodbye to weak and brittle nails by embracing the nourishing properties of olive oil. With its rich moisturizing qualities and ability to promote nail growth, you can achieve the strong and healthy nails you’ve always desired. Make this simple yet effective method a part of your daily routine, and watch as your nails transform into resilient and beautiful assets.

Creating the Pineapple and Olive Oil Face Mask

To create your rejuvenating face mask, start by cutting up a fresh pineapple into chunks. Place the chunks in a blender or food processor and puree until you have a smooth consistency. Next, add two to three tablespoons of olive oil to the pineapple puree and mix well. The olive oil will further enrich the mask with its moisturizing properties, ensuring your skin receives optimal nourishment.

Application and Treatment

Apply the pineapple and olive oil mask generously all over your face and neck, using gentle circular motions. Allow the mask to sit for approximately 15 minutes, giving the antioxidants and nutrients enough time to penetrate your skin. During this time, relax and enjoy the refreshing scent of pineapple. Afterward, rinse off the mask with lukewarm water, pat your skin dry, and admire the instant difference in the texture and appearance of your skin.

Nature offers us an abundance of beauty solutions, and pineapple and olive oil are a dynamic duo that can rejuvenate your skin. Natural remedy for ringworm

November 16, 2020 by sharvayonibeauty Leave a Comment

Ringworm is a very common fungal infection that is not, despite its name, caused by a worm. It is caused by the fungus Tinea, which is highly contagious. Anyone can get ringworm, although some people are more susceptible than others, such as those with compromised immunity and young children.

Symptoms of ringworm include a red, scaly, circular patch on the skin or nails. It usually affects the scalp and arms, but it can appear on any part of the body. Jock itch and athlete’s foot are common forms of ringworm. One of the easiest ways to cure ringworm is to stick to natural home remedies as they are safe and reliable and don’t burn a hole in your pocket.

Things Required:

  • Garlic – four cloves
  • Olive oil – was required

How To:

  • Take four cloves of garlic and crush them with mortar and pestle.
  • Gradually add olive oil to this until it forms a paste-like consistently.
  • Apply the mixture on the affected area and leave it in for 2 hours then rinse with clean cold water.

For better results, follow this method twice daily

Why it Works:

Garlic contains diallyl disulfide, an anti-inflammatory compound that limits the effects of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Garlic is one of the most potent antifungal and antimicrobial herbs.

Therefore, garlic can help fight ringworm and may even help prevent cartilage damage from arthritis.

Olive oil has antibacterial properties, a compound in olive oil, oleuropein, has been found to have potent antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral effects, which helps in curing ringworm.
