Get rid of Dry Hair Naturally using Hibiscus and Aloe Vera

Adding pure herbs to your deep conditioner can help your hair to thrive. When using herbs for hair care, you don’t want to overwhelm your products with tons of herbs. Just 1 or 2 herbs will suffice. Plus, you are better able to see what herbs work best in your hair when you don’t use too many at once.

There are various natural hair packs made at home easily with one or two commonly available ones. To repair split ends and breathe new life into dull, damaged hair, use hibiscus flower powder with aloe vera. It is also to maintain smooth hair and get rid of dry hair.

Things Required:

  • Hibiscus Powder – 2 Tablespoons
  • Aloe vera Gel – 1/4 Cup
  • Sesame Oil – little amount

How To:

  • Take aloe gel and put it in a bowl.
  • Pour the hibiscus flower powder into the bowl.
  • Pour a little amount of Sesame Oil and blend well to form a paste.
  • Apply the paste starting from the middle of hair strands to the tips.

Avoid using on the scalp and roots of the hair. Rinse with warm water after about 45 minutes. This remedy can be used once weekly.

Why it Works:

Hibiscus flowers are rich in amino acids necessary for producing keratin and help stimulate hair regrowth from dormant follicles and bald patches.

Aloe vera is very moisturizing; therefore, it helps your hair to retain length. A natural conditioner, Aloe vera is rich in nutrients that have been proven to grow healthy hair.

Natural Hair Pack to Keep Your Hair Strong with Eggs and Shikakai

There are more natural nourishing hair packs you could use for brittle hair conditions. One such hair pack contains egg proteins and shikakai that improve hair health—utilizing this hair pack twice a week will assure that your hair grows out to be strong and healthy. This hair pack is also an excellent remedy for hair fall.

Things Required:

  • Shikakai Powder – Two Teaspoons
  • Eggs – 2 Nos

How To:

  • Take some Shikakai in a bowl.
  • Add Egg fully (Both yellow and White) to the mixture.
  • Mix it well till it becomes a smooth paste.

Apply this mixture on to your hair, working it in from the roots. When your scalp is entirely covered in this mask, cover your hair with a shower cap, and wait for 40 minutes.

Wash it off thoroughly with plain water with a mild sulfate-free shampoo. Finish your hair wash with a conditioner.

Continue this once a week for few months. You can feel your hair is getting stronger, bouncier within few months.

Why it works:

For hundreds of years, shikakai has been used for hair care in India. Shikakai is also be used in the form of shampoo to clean hair, make hair oil, and even as hair masks as it contains a rich source of Vitamin A, C, D, E, and K. It also contains anti-oxidants which enhances hair growth.

Apply the mixture in the hair scalp area, gently massage, and wait for a half-hour. Wash your hair gently using plain water.

Natural Hair Conditioner using Tea and Lemon

Things Required:

  • Tea of your choice, organic tea will be better
  • Lemon Juice – One Teaspoon

How To:

  • Brew half-litre of water with tea, till the water, acquires a beautiful dark color.
  • Add lemon juice to the tea. 
  • After shampooing and conditioning, rinse your hair with one cup of this tea water. 
  • Try drying your hair naturally. 

Do this twice a week. Hair will start getting a glossy/healthy color and shine.

Why it Works:

Tea is an excellent toner. Green tea is an effective solution for hair growth as they packed with nutrients and antioxidants.

Because it is caffeinated, green tea is strong enough to infiltrate the hair’s follicles and deliver a reinvigorating charge. People with dark hair are advised to use black or dark-colored tea, deepening their color and darken grays.

Get Shining and Strong Hair using Beer Conditioner

Things Required:

  • Flat Beer – 1 Bottle

How To:

  • Take a bottle of beer and pour it out into a bowl or a jug. Leave it out into the open and let it sit for some time.
  • When the beer has been de-carbonated, transfer it into a spare container and keep it in the bathroom to use it while washing your hair. 
  • Use a sulfate-free shampoo to clean your hair, and instead of using your favored conditioner, reach for the flat beer.
  • Use the beer directly onto your hair and slowly massage it into your hair’s roots for about 1 minute.

Rinse the beer off with cold water. Use the hair pack only 1 or 2 times a week, as too much use of beer on your hair may cause the dryness of scalp and dandruff.

Beer isn’t just an alcoholic drink, and it also has some health benefits. Beer is known to be good for the skin and hair as well.

Several people use it in making shampoos, and de-carbonated beers are also used as conditioners to help repair split hair and reinvigorate the volume of your hair.

The hops used in the formation of beer are said to comprise silica, which may help strengthen hair follicles and promote growth.
