Eyes are a beautiful way to communicate when words can’t, but what if it surrounded by black and dark circles. Most modern people get dark circles at a young age where the reasons can be many. First of all, to remove dark circles, know the cause and work on it as it may be due to a lot of stress, lack of sleep, a disturbing modern lifestyle, and also can be heredity.

Like all skin problems, nature provides us with remedies to get rid of dark circles. Ayurveda recognizes stress as the biggest enemy for the skin. Due to stress, the skin under the eyes becomes thin, and the blood vessels underneath it become visible as dark circles. We cannot remove these stressors from our lives altogether. However, they are natural ways to prevent dark circles and get rid of them naturally.

Things Required:

  • Tea bags

How To:

  • Sheer two bags of tea as you would naturally if you were going to make the tea.
  • Then clutch out the excess liquid from the bags.
  • Allow them to cool down, so they’re mild, or chill them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Cover your eyes with the tea bags for 15 to 30 minutes.

You may use your fingertips to apply tender pressure to your eyes or lightly massage the area around your eyes. It is a widespread practice but a great one to instantly rejuvenate yourself and bring relief to tired eyes. Using this remedy regularly will remove dark circles, which will add a bit more confidence in your beautiful face.

Why it Works:

Apply black or green tea bags to your eyes to reduce the appearance of dark circles. The caffeine content in tea helps to shorten blood vessels underneath the skin and further eradicate dark circles around the eye.

The tea contains tannins which can help reduce puffiness. Tea has a rich source of tannic acid that helps your skin get rid of sunburn and blemishes.

If you are out of your toner, you can believe tea bags or tea leaves to do the work. The astringent attributes of tea make it a fantastic toner.

If you seem to soothe your skin from excessive irritation and inflammation, then chamomile tea is your go-to elixir.
