The head massage concentrates on your head as a whole and scalp massage, promoting hair growth. Massaging your scalp with the purpose of hair growth requires applying pressure on the scalp using fingers. It enhances the blood circulation to the hair follicles, rejuvenates the roots, and conditions the scalp. Hair follicles are of hyperactive stem cells when given a boost of oxygen, growth of hair increases. Massaging inflates small arteries within your scalp that increase the blood flow to the follicles. They also improve the texture of hair, making it thicker and smoothness over time.

Scalp massages are a slow process to promote hair growth, but extremely useful. We recommend switching to traditional scalp massages and supporting natural ingredients to acquire the maximum gains.

Besides using nourishing oils that boost hair growth, you can also use tools like the massaging brushes to make the oils better into your scalp. However, you can do them at home. They are natural oils used in the scalp massage.

Almond Oil for Hair Massage:

You can use almond oil as an ingredient in a natural hair massage. Apply the oil from the middle of your scalp, work the oil into it in a slow, circular motion, and slowly move backward. Keep applying and releasing pressure until you cover the whole of your scalp. Do this at least once a week.

For centuries in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, almond oil used to treat dry scalp conditions and flaky scalp.

Using a necessary amount of almond oil applied directly to your hair and scalp enhances the blood flow to that area and introduces powerful antioxidants to the skin.

Almond oil contains high amounts of vitamin E, which is a natural antioxidant. When antioxidants combat the environmental stress around your hair, your hair looks younger and healthier.

Carrot Juice for Hair Massage:

You can use carrot juice and coconut oil as ingredients in a natural hair mask. Cut the carrot into little pieces and blend it well. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil until you form a thick dough. Apply this mix all over your scalp and massage your head for 20 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild or organic shampoo.
