Things Required:

  • Coconut oil

How To:

  • Splash some clean water in your face with to remove off any makeup so that that coconut oil can absorb into the skin.
  • Tenderly massage about a teaspoon of room-temperature coconut oil into the area underneath your eyes. 
  • Let the coconut oil absorb thoroughly into your skin.

Hence coconut oil makes your skin slippery and oily; this remedy is best to do at night. It is a widespread practice but a great one to instantly rejuvenate yourself and bring relief to tired eyes. Using this remedy regularly will also remove dark circles and make your skin lighten, which will add a bit more confidence in your beautiful face.

Why it Works:

Coconut oil can help cell turnover, making the skin barrier stronger by thickening it.

Since skin that’s thinning due to aging is a significant cause of under-eye circles, it makes sense that coconut oil would diminish their appearance.

Get rid of eye redness and strain using Sesame oil

They are many herbal solutions which help you resolve this issue. We are going to use one of the natural remedies, which using Sesame oil and black cumin to get rid of eye itchiness and eye strain.

Things Required:

  • Sesame oil
  • Black cumin – 100 gram

How To:

  • Add black cumin with the sesame oil.
  • Distil the oil and leave it to cool down. 
  • Apply the oil around your eyes and wash off with cold water after drying.

Though it takes a little time to prepare due to the distillation process, the result is undoubtedly satisfying. Using this remedy regularly will get rid of the itchiness and redness of the eyes, which will add a bit more confidence in your beautiful face.

Sesame oil keeps the skin soft. It cures and protects areas of mild scrapes, wounds and abrasions. Teenagers have wrongly understood that every oil is not suitable for their facial skin.

  • Cucumber

You can use Cucumber in three ways:

  • Cut the slices of fresh Cucumber and put it on the eyes.
  • Extract the juice out of Cucumber, and then soak the cotton balls in juice and apply around your eyes.
  • Grate the fresh Cucumber and make its paste. Apply the paste around the eyes.

Crape Jasmine for your Eyes

  • Crape Jasmine flowers 

How To:

Immerse 3-4 crape jasmine flowers in a cup of fresh water overnight. Next morning, wash your eyes with the flower water. You can also keep the flowers in white cloth and cover it in your eyes. Most essentially, it reduces the strain on your eyes and makes it feel relaxed.

Why it Works:

The flowers can prepare for acne, skin diseases, hypotension and pains. Crape jasmine used as a medicinal herb in the tropics.

Indeed, in India, the applications in traditional medicine are so numerous that the plant may well classify as a panacea for gastro-intestinal, urogenital and skin affections. The flowers, mixed with oil, are applied to sore eyes.

This flower can protect eyes from all the damages done by the free radicals, such as cataract, macular degeneration, glaucoma, vision defects, ophthalmia etc. due to the high antioxidant properties.
